F5 is seeking a seasoned leader to manage all aspects of the Solutions Engineering team within the F5 Tech vertical, focusing on technical sales. You will set objectives, delegate work, and ensure the SE organization aligns with company goals.

Responsibilities include performance management, recruiting, partner planning, and scaling the team to meet ambitious objectives while maintaining a strong emphasis on customer success and market understanding.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
• Experience managing technical SEs in a management role.
• Strong understanding of networking technologies and applications delivery.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Uphold F5’s Business Code of Ethics and report violations.
• Manage SE team: performance evaluations, PTO, assignments, training, guidance, disciplinary actions, interviewing candidates.
• Define core FY objectives, strategy and priorities for Engineers in the SE Team.
• Partner with management to define headcounts quarterly and yearly.
• Collaborate with HR on candidate recruitments and staffing plans.
• Foster effective communication and teamwork across the department.
• Develop and organize SE organization to meet goals and drive development.
• Maintain SE partner plan with PS, support, Marketing, PM, etc.
• Scale the SE organization to meet/exceed objectives.
• Drive SE retention, recognition, compensation and career planning.
• Assess SE skills and plan job development.
• Ensure SE team is customer-focused and communicates product needs.
