Qualifications

• BS or BA degree required or relevant work experience.
• Strong networking and applications delivery knowledge.
• Experience leading a Solutions Engineering team or similar.
• Ability to manage performance and provide staff training.

Responsabilités

• Lead the SE team and manage performance evaluations.
• Coordinate hiring and onboarding of new SEs.
• Align SE efforts with Product and Business Units.
• Maintain customer-focused escalation plans and ensure customer success.
