Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of networking technologies and applications delivery

Responsabilités

• Manage the Solutions Engineering team including performance evaluations, PTO approvals, task delegation, on-the-job training, guidance, performance improvement plans, disciplinary actions, and interviewing candidates for open positions
• Develop SE skills assessment and job planning
• Ensure SE team is customer focused and drives product requirements, customer success, and escalation plan awareness
• Provide product feasibility analysis to support sales efforts with sales reps
