ZEISS is seeking a senior leader to drive regional growth for Semiconductor Manufacturing Solutions. You will build strong customer partnerships, translate market insights into product strategy, and establish the Business Development & Field Marketing function across the mask shop and metrology domains.

You will lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with Sales, Applications, R&D, and HQ to deliver launches and sustained growth.

Formación

Master's degree in engineering, natural sciences, or related STEM (e.g., mechanical engineering, optics, physics, or materials science)
PhD and/or business qualification (MBA) preferred
10+ years of technical and commercial SMS experience with established industry relationships

Responsabilidades

Drive regional business growth for ZEISS SMS by building customer partnerships and identifying opportunities
Lead the establishment of the Business Development & Field Marketing function and cross-functional initiatives
Coordinate regional product introductions and new SMS tools, ensuring successful launches and adoption
Collaborate with local Application, Sales, and Service teams and HQ to drive market launches and customer satisfaction
Define KPIs and measure field marketing impact on product strategy and growth
