Job summary

ZEISS Group is seeking a Head of Business Development & Field Marketing for Semiconductor Frontend Solutions (SFS) in the Beaverton area. You will oversee customer-facing business development, co-develop product strategies, and drive regional go-to-market initiatives.

This role emphasizes partnerships with Strategic Marketing, HQ, and regional sales/service teams. You will translate customer needs into actionable insights, lead cross-functional teams, and define KPIs to measure field marketing

Qualifications

Master’s degree in engineering, natural sciences, or related STEM field; PhD and/or MBA preferred.
10+ years of technical and commercial semiconductor experience with industry relationships.
Proven ability to co-develop and launch products with customers.

Responsibilities

Lead customer-facing business development and field marketing within SFS.
Drive regional new product introductions and collaborations with local experts.
Translate customer insights into product and business recommendations for HQ and FoBs.
Develop regional partnerships with Strategic Marketing and headquarters.
