Job summary

ZEISS is seeking a Head of Business Development & Field Marketing SFS to bridge Semiconductor Frontend Solutions with regional customers in Hillsboro, OR. You will drive customer engagements, identify growth opportunities, and lead regional introductions of new SFS products and solutions.

Collaborating with applications, sales, and service teams, you will translate market insights into strategic actions, oversee program execution, and develop the BDFC organization to accelerate regional growth

Qualifications

Master's degree in engineering, natural sciences, or related STEM (PhD and/or MBA preferred).
10+ years of technical and commercial semiconductor experience with industry relationships.
Proven experience co-developing and launching products with customers.
Strong ability to translate customer needs into product and business recommendations.
Business fluency in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

Lead customer-facing business development and field marketing activities.
Identify growth opportunities and translate insights into SFS portfolio and partnerships.
Drive regional new product introductions with local experts and HQ alignment.
Coordinate with Sales, Service, Applications, Strategic Marketing and FoBs for go-to-market.
