Zusammenfassung

ZEISS is seeking a Business Development Expert to act as the primary day-to-day customer interface within the SSC US and to partner with Strategic Marketing, Product Management, and SBUs. You will translate regional customer insights into solution development and repeat-business opportunities.

You will lead market intelligence, drive NPIs with local experts, and collaborate cross-functionally to align customer needs with SMS technologies and products.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in mechanical, electrical, or related engineering.
• 10+ years of technical experience in photomask manufacturing or wafer fabrication.
• Extensive experience co-developing products and managing strategic customer partnerships.
• Experience launching new products with customers.
• Business-level fluency in English.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary day-to-day customer interface within the SSC US.
• Lead local solution-development activities with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain region-specific knowledge of customer processes and competitor activities.
• Lead successful new product introductions (NPIs) with local application experts.
• Support TRMs by providing regional input and aligning customer insights with headquarters stakeholders.
