Job summary

ZEISS is seeking a Head of Business Development & Field Marketing for Semiconductor Mask Solutions in Boise, Idaho. You will drive regional growth by building customer relationships, identifying market opportunities, and translating technical marketing insights into actionable growth initiatives for the SMS portfolio.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD in STEM; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of technical and commercial semiconductor experience.
• Experience in technical marketing, field marketing, market development or go-to-market strategy.
• Ability to translate complex products into customer value propositions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop growth opportunities across the semiconductor photomask ecosystem.
• Translate market trends and competitive intelligence into SMS growth initiatives.
• Lead customer-facing marketing activities to communicate value and differentiation of ZEISS SMS products.
• Plan and coordinate customer engagements, workshops, demonstrations, and evaluations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Applications, and Service to align requirements with capabilities and drive adoption.
