You will own delivery velocity, be accountable for outcomes, and collaborate with product, data, and health leadership to translate strategy into concrete engineering bets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive software engineering experience.
• 5+ years leading large-scale engineering organizations.
• Deep foundation in distributed systems and modern backend engineering at scale.
• Proven AI platform ownership with production deployment experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical strategy across a multi-team engineering org (50-150+ engineers).
• Embed LLMs, generative AI and ML-powered automation into the lifecycle as production-grade differentiators.
• Own delivery velocity and outcomes, holding teams to high standards.
• Partner with Product, Data Engineers and health leaders to translate strategy into actionable bets.
