Qualifications

• Experience deploying production AI systems, including model deployment pipelines and RAG architectures.
• Track record migrating monoliths to microservices under real business pressure.
• Deep hands-on expertise in distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical strategy across a multi-team engineering organization (50-150+ engineers).
• Embed LLMs, generative AI, agentic workflows, and ML-powered automation into the engineering lifecycle.
• Own delivery at velocity and be accountable for outcomes.
• Partner with Product owners, Data Engineers, and Health care leaders to translate business strategy into engineering bets.
• Act as the technical voice in the room, addressing architectural debt and timelines.
