Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive software engineering experience
- 5+ years leading large-scale engineering organizations
- Deep hands-on experience in distributed systems and cloud-native architectures
- Proven AI platform ownership with production deployments
Responsibilities
- Define and drive technical strategy across a multi-team engineering organization (50-150+ engineers)
- Own delivery at velocity and be accountable for outcomes
- Partner with Product, Data Engineers, and health care leaders to translate business strategy into engineering bets
- Be the technical voice in the room and advocate for the right engineering investments
