Job summary
CVS Health Corporation is seeking a senior engineering leader to drive technical strategy across a large, multi-team organization. You will own delivery, embed AI-powered automation, and collaborate with health care stakeholders to translate business strategy into focused engineering bets.
You will lead with a strong foundation in distributed systems and cloud-native architectures, and bring a proven track record of transforming monoliths to modern platforms in regulated health care
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive software engineering experience.
- 5+ years leading large-scale engineering organizations.
- Deep hands-on foundation in distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.
- Proven AI platform ownership with production AI systems deployment.
Responsibilities
- Drive technical strategy across a multi-team engineering organization (50-150+ engineers).
- Embed LLMs, generative AI, agentic workflows, and ML-powered automation into the engineering lifecycle.
- Own delivery at velocity and be accountable for outcomes.
- Partner at the executive level with Product owners, Data Engineers, and healthcare leaders.
- Be the technical voice in the room and advocate for the right engineering investments.
