Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Director Salesforce Platform to own the enterprise Salesforce ecosystem, setting vision, governance, and investment priorities across FMS, SCS, and RLM.

You’ll chair the CoE, drive platform health, security, and data integrity, and partner across segments to deliver coordinated roadmaps and value. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, engineering, business, or related field.
• 10+ years in progressive technology leadership for enterprise platforms.
• 10+ years leading Salesforce or comparable enterprise SaaS/CRM in a large environment.
• 5+ years leading managers and influencing cross-functional teams; Salesforce CoE maturity.
• 5+ years leading Salesforce org rationalization including data, security, and change impacts.

Responsibilities

• Define Salesforce platform strategy, governance, and investment priorities.
• Chair the Salesforce Center of Excellence and guide architecture reviews.
• Lead enterprise stakeholder alignment and roadmaps for multi-year vision.
• Establish standards for configuration, integration, data, security, and DevSecOps.
• Oversee vendor and financial management, licensing, negotiations, and ROI.
