Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Director Salesforce Platform to own the global Salesforce ecosystem. You will set the vision, operating model, and investment priorities, guiding CoE and distributed teams.

This executive leads governance, data integrity, security, and lifecycle management to deliver value across Ryder's segments. You will partner with Sales, Service, Product, and Security leaders, drive architecture standards, and balance enterprise needs with business agility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required.
• Extensive leadership experience for enterprise platforms and CRM systems.
• Strong governance, architecture, and vendor-management skills.
• Proven ability to build enterprise CoE and operating models.
• Expertise in multi-org strategy, data, security, and integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Define Salesforce strategy, governance, and multi-year roadmaps.
• Lead the Salesforce CoE and chair architecture and reviews.
• Align stakeholders across sales, service, data, and security.
• Oversee platform health, security, risk, and change practices.
