Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Director of Salesforce Platform to own the enterprise Salesforce ecosystem. You will set the vision, governance, and investment priorities for Salesforce across FMS, SCS, and RLM, balancing platform health with business value.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive technology leadership.
Experience leading enterprise platforms, products, or customer-facing apps.
Proven ability to build and mature a Salesforce CoE and platform operating model.
Strong executive stakeholder management and vendor negotiations.
Ability to translate business needs into enterprise-level roadmaps and governance.

Responsibilities

Define multi-year Salesforce vision, architecture, and investment plan aligned to sales, service, data, and digital strategies.
Chair the Salesforce CoE as a cross-functional operating model with governance and success metrics.
Ensure platform health, security, reliability, and compliance across all Salesforce instances.
Build relationships with cross-functional leaders to translate priorities into enterprise choices.
Establish and enforce technical standards, architecture reviews, and migration/retirement roadmaps.
