Job summary

Ryder is seeking a Director Salesforce Platform to own the enterprise Salesforce ecosystem, setting vision, governance, and investment priorities. You will lead cross-functional teams, chair the Salesforce CoE, ensure platform health and security, and collaborate with Sales, Service, Product, and Data leaders to deliver business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10+ years leading enterprise platforms.
• Extensive Salesforce leadership experience in a large, multi-business-unit environment.
• Proven track record in establishing CoEs, governance, and portfolio management.
• Experience with platform rationalization, data governance, and security controls.
• Strong ability to translate business strategy into a multi-year Salesforce roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise Salesforce vision, roadmap, and governance aligned to business strategies.
• Chair the Salesforce Center of Excellence and lead cross-functional teams.
• Maintain platform health, security, data integrity, and lifecycle management.
• Establish standards, review architecture, and ensure scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Partner with enterprise architects and data leaders on reference architectures and patterns.
• Manage vendor relationships, budgeting, and investment trade-offs with Salesforce.
