Job summary

Writer is seeking a Director of sales enablement to lead the global enablement strategy for AE and SDR teams, aligning programs to revenue goals and accelerating win rates. This role will own onboarding and ongoing training, and build a scalable content library in collaboration with RevOps and Product Marketing.

You will report to the VP, GTM Enablement and drive continuous improvement through measurement of program effectiveness and real-world outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in enablement, sales leadership, or relevant role.
• Proven track record of architecting and executing sales enablement programs with measurable impact.
• Experience at high-growth startups is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to develop structured plans, actions, and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own the global sales enablement strategy for AE and SDR teams and align programs to revenue goals and win-rate improvements.
• Define and operationalize our sales methodology and deliver ongoing skills training in discovery, objections, negotiation, and closing.
