Job summary

BlueTuskr is a full-service e-commerce marketing agency seeking a Head of Sales to drive new business for our agency. This is a remote hunter role for a pro selling marketing services or SaaS to e-commerce, DTC, or Amazon brands, with a base plus uncapped commission and a clear path to building and leading your own sales team.

You will be our first dedicated sales hire, reporting to the CEO, inheriting a playbook, tech stack (HubSpot, Smartlead, Dripify, LinkedIn), and a budget for conferences

Qualifications

3+ years in B2B sales of marketing services, SaaS, or related software.
Direct experience selling to e-commerce, DTC, or Amazon brands.
Proven hunter with track record of closing new business.
Experience with outbound platforms and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

Build and run outbound prospecting across multiple channels.
Close inbound leads and manage the sales pipeline.
Report on performance and adjust sales playbook.
Help build and scale the sales department with hiring and coaching.
