Job summary

BlueTuskr is hiring a Head of Sales to drive new business for our e-commerce marketing agency. This is a remote sales role for a hunter with experience selling marketing services or SaaS to e-commerce, DTC, or Amazon brands.

Competitive base + uncapped commission, and a clear path to building and leading your own sales team. You will own the sales strategy, build and mentor a team, manage the playbook, and report to the CEO.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B sales of marketing services, SaaS, or related software.
• Direct experience selling to e-commerce, DTC, or Amazon brands strongly preferred.
• You understand how e-commerce sellers think and have a proven hunter mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build and run outbound prospecting across cold email, cold calling, LinkedIn, direct mail, conferences, and trade shows.
• Close inbound leads that come through our marketing channels and convert them to clients.
• Manage your pipeline in HubSpot and report honestly on what's working and what isn't.
• Refine our sales playbook based on market feedback and results.
• Own ongoing client check-ins and surface upsell opportunities.
• Help build the sales department through hiring, coaching, and processes.
