Job summary

BlueTuskr is seeking a Senior Growth Sales Manager to drive new business for our e-commerce marketing agency. This is a fully remote hunter role focused on closing new logos and later building a sales team under you.

You’ll own outbound and inbound pipelines, work with HubSpot, Smartlead, and other tools, and report to the CEO. Base salary listed at $70k–$80k with uncapped commission and a clear growth path.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B sales of marketing services, SaaS, or related software.
• Direct experience selling to e-commerce, DTC, or Amazon brands is strongly preferred.
• Ability to hunt, close, and build a sales team over time.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage outbound prospecting across email, calls, LinkedIn, and events.
• Close inbound leads from marketing channels and referrals.
• Manage pipeline in HubSpot and report on activity and results.
• Refine the sales playbook based on market feedback.
• Own client check-ins and surface upsell opportunities.
• Help build and scale the sales department with coaching and processes.
