Job summary

BlueTuskr is hiring a Head of Sales to drive new business for our e-commerce marketing agency. This is a remote sales role for a hunter with experience selling marketing services or SaaS to e-commerce, DTC, or Amazon brands.

You'll build and lead the sales function, own the full cycle from prospecting to close, and report to the CEO. You’ll have a budget for conferences, tools, and lists, with uncapped commissions and a clear path to scaling a team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B sales of marketing services, SaaS, or related software.
• Direct experience selling to e-commerce, DTC, or Amazon brands is strongly preferred.
• Ability to build and execute multi-channel outbound prospecting.

Responsibilities

• Build and run outbound prospecting across cold email, cold calling, LinkedIn, direct mail, conferences, and trade shows
• Close inbound leads from marketing channels
• Manage your pipeline in HubSpot and report on what's working
• Refine our sales playbook based on market learnings
• Own ongoing client check-ins and surface upsell opportunities
• Help build the sales department – hiring, coaching, and processes
