Job summary

BlueTuskr is hiring a Head of Sales to drive new business for our e-commerce marketing agency. This remote hunter role will source, close, and scale new accounts, with a clear path to building and leading your own sales team.

You will join as the first dedicated sales hire, reporting to the CEO, and will inherit a playbook and tech stack. Expect inbound leads at a lower commission rate, but most pipeline from your own hunting and prospecting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B sales of marketing services, SaaS, or related software.
• Proven hunter track record of closing new business.
• Experience selling to e-commerce, DTC, or Amazon brands preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and run outbound prospecting across cold email, cold calling, LinkedIn, direct mail, conferences, and trade shows.
• Close inbound leads from marketing channels and convert to clients.
• Manage pipeline in HubSpot and report on performance and cadence.
• Help build the sales department—hiring, coaching, and processes.
