Job summary

BlueTuskr is seeking a Head of Sales to drive new business for its e-commerce marketing agency. This fully remote hunter role requires building and leading a sales team, with a base salary and uncapped commission.

You’ll manage a playbook and tech stack including HubSpot, Smartlead, Dripify, and LinkedIn outreach, while reporting to the CEO. You will originate and close deals with e-commerce, DTC, or Amazon brands, eventually scaling the department within 18 months.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B sales of marketing services, SaaS, or related software.
• Direct experience selling to e-commerce, DTC, or Amazon brands strongly preferred.
• You hunt, close, and build a team under you.

Responsibilities

• Build and run outbound prospecting across multiple channels.
• Close inbound leads from marketing channels.
• Manage pipeline in HubSpot and report on tactics.
• Refine the sales playbook based on market feedback.
• Own ongoing client check-ins and surface upsell opportunities.
• Help build and run the sales department including hiring and processes.
