Job summary

BlueTuskr is seeking a Senior Growth Sales Manager to drive new business for our e-commerce marketing agency. This is a fully remote hunter role with a base of $75K plus uncapped commission and a clear path to building and leading a sales team.

You will be our first dedicated sales hire, reporting to the CEO, with access to a playbook, tech stack (HubSpot, Smartlead, Dripify, LinkedIn), and a real budget for conferences and lists.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B sales of marketing services, SaaS, or related software.
• Direct experience selling to e-commerce, DTC, or Amazon brands.
• Proven hunting and closing track record.
• Willingness to travel for conferences and trade shows.

Responsibilities

• Build and run outbound prospecting across cold email, cold calling, LinkedIn, direct mail, conferences, and trade shows.
• Close inbound leads that come through marketing channels.
• Manage your pipeline in HubSpot and report honestly on what's working and what isn't.
• Refine our sales playbook based on market learnings.
• Own ongoing client check-ins and surface upsell opportunities; build and lead the sales department.
