Job summary

BlueTuskr is seeking a Head of Sales to propel new business for our e-commerce marketing agency. This fully remote hunter role reports to the CEO, with a base salary plus uncapped commissions and a clear path to building and leading your own sales team.

You will own end-to-end sales, develop outbound strategies, and manage the CRM stack (HubSpot, Smartlead, Dripify, LinkedIn outreach). Expect to work from a modern tech-enabled playbook and grow with the company’s ambitions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B sales of marketing services or SaaS.
• Direct experience selling to e-commerce, DTC, or Amazon brands strongly preferred.
• Experience with outbound prospecting and building a sales playbook.

Responsibilities

• Build and run outbound prospecting across multiple channels.
• Close inbound leads from marketing channels and manage pipeline.
• Manage pipeline in HubSpot and report on performance.
• Refine the sales playbook based on market feedback.
• Own ongoing client check-ins and surface upsell opportunities.
• Help build the sales department through hiring, coaching, and processes.
