The ideal candidate has 7+ years of sales experience in real estate or luxury goods, with leadership exposure and strong AZ market knowledge. Proficiency in CRM systems is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of sales experience, preferably in real estate, home building, or luxury goods, with leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, real estate, or related field (or equivalent).
• Licensed real estate professionals strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a high-volume, client-facing environment.
• Strong understanding of the Arizona real estate market, including land acquisition and property development processes.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and drip campaigns.
• Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing budgets and marketing campaigns to drive lead generation.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and lead projects with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead all home sales activities, including client consultations, presentations, and contract negotiations.
• Manage a high volume of leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and personalized client interactions.
• Oversee client CRM and optimize workflows for efficiency.
• Design and implement drip campaigns to nurture leads.
• Guide clients through lot acquisition strategies and lead feasibility studies with construction.
• Develop quotes and proposals with design/construction teams and deliver presentations to clients.
• Manage a sales marketing budget to drive brand visibility and lead generation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align client expectations with project delivery.
