• Hunter-friendly mindset capable of building a client book from scratch.
• Strong sales fundamentals: funnel management, meetings, and closing.
• Driven, coachable, and eager to grow with the company.
• Comfort with tech tools like GoHighLevel or JobTread.

Responsibilities

• Hunt for new residential and commercial work through networks and partners.
• Qualify leads and book meetings independently.
• Walk the job or review plans, pull measurements, and rough-budget.
• Hand scoped deals to the estimator for final numbers.
• Maintain a clean pipeline and drive deals to close.
