Job Title: Head of Sponsorship Sales – Investor-Focused Events

Location: Remote (East Coast, USA) or Office-Based in New York State

Salary: Up to $100,000 base + highly competitive commission structure

The Role

As Head of Sponsorship Sales, you will take ownership of selling across a successful series of investor-focused forums. These events are designed to facilitate meaningful introductions between investors and fund managers or legal and advisory firms looking to raise capital or offer solutions.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a highly engaged sponsor base, largely consisting of law firms, private equity firms, fund managers, and service providers
  • Take over a substantial warm pipeline of existing and past sponsors
  • Drive new business development across the US and international markets
  • Work closely with the founder and leadership team to shape the commercial strategy
  • Attend key events to support sponsors onsite and strengthen relationships
  • Provide consultative sales, tailoring packages to sponsor needs

  • Proven track record in sponsorship sales within a B2B events environment (ideally corporate or financial conferences)
  • Familiarity with the legal, private equity, or financial services sectors
  • Strategic, consultative sales approach with strong relationship-building skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – excited by the chance to be the first hire in a growing sales team
  • Self-starter – comfortable working remotely or from the New York office
