Job summary

Greatjob is hiring a Safety Manager to lead environmental, health, and safety programs across Integrated facilities management operations. You will drive OSHA, EPA, NFPA compliance and continuous safety improvements at our Finishing, Filtration, and Dispensing segments.

You will partner with operations to set safety objectives, conduct audits, train staff, and manage incident reporting while fostering a strong safety culture across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health & Safety or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of progressive EHS experience in industrial settings.
• OSHA 30-Hour General Industry required; CSP/ASP/CHST/OHST preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS programs across IFM operations and customer sites.
• Conduct safety audits and hazard assessments; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop and maintain safety policies and management systems.
• Manage incident reporting and EHS metrics across locations.
• Deliver safety training (LOTO, electrical safety, NFPA 70E, etc.).
• Investigate incidents and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate emergency plans and safety committees.
• Travel up to 80% to support multiple sites.
