Job summary

Commerce is seeking a seasoned Revenue Operations leader in the Austin area to transform go-to-market strategy into scalable processes, systems, and insights. You will oversee Sales, Partner, and Customer Success operations, driving pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and revenue growth while embracing AI-assisted decision making.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in sales ops or revenue ops in a SaaS/tech environment.
• 3+ years of people management leading senior ICs or managers.
• Strong analytics with financial modeling, Excel/Sheets, and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Revenue Operations across Sales, Partner, and Customer Success.
• Define and monitor core KPIs and dashboards for executives and stakeholders.
• Own pipeline management, forecasting, and territory/quota planning.
• Drive AI-enabled insights and automate repetitive tasks across GTM.
• Collaborate with GTM Systems and Finance on targets and compensation.
