Job summary

CommerceIQ is seeking a Director of Revenue Operations to unify strategy, systems, and data across GTM teams, driving forecasting, budgeting, and KPI reporting. The role sits at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success and will shape how AI and automation are applied to GTM processes.

You will build and lead a small Revenue Operations team as the company scales and partners with senior leadership to improve organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Experience building revenue operations from an early stage.
• Strong data-driven approach and comfort with analytics.
• Proven ability to design and optimize GTM processes across Sales, Marketing and Customer Success.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and revenue forecasting, planning, and budgeting across GTM teams.
• Design programs that align Sales, Marketing and Customer Success strategies.
• Build and lead a Revenue Operations team and scale it with the business.
• Own analytics on GTM KPIs, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline health.
• Evaluate AI and automation to improve forecasting and workflows.
