Job summary

Commerce is seeking a Revenue Operations leader to translate go-to-market strategy into scalable processes across Sales, Partner, and Customer Success. You will own pipelines, forecasting, and KPI dashboards, partnering with Finance and Analytics to drive data-informed decisions.

This hybrid role focuses on AI-enabled tools and cross-functional collaboration to maximize revenue and customer outcomes. You will lead a team to standardize processes, reduce friction, and ensure execution against

Qualifications

• 6+ years in sales or revenue operations in SaaS/tech.
• 3+ years of people management, leading senior ICs or managers.
• Strong analytical skills with financial modeling and BI tools.
• Experience leveraging AI tools for reporting and automation.
• Deep understanding of revenue lifecycle: pipeline, forecasting, territory, onboarding.
• Experience with GTM systems like Salesforce; Gainsight a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operations across Sales, Partner and Customer Success.
• Partner with leadership to enable pipeline growth and retention.
• Identify gaps and design scalable operational solutions.
• Translate strategy into execution plans with milestones.
• Lead forecasting and territory planning with sales and finance.
