Job summary

SERVPRO of Buckeye is seeking a General Manager to coordinate daily operations, hire and develop staff, and ensure top-quality service that earns referrals from customers.

Lead restoration and construction projects, develop annual plans and budgets, monitor revenue and expenses, and maintain strong customer communication.

This role requires 5+ years of management, IICRC WRT/ASD certifications, and a proven results-driven leader with strong team-building skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience required.
• IICRC WRT/ASD certifications; Master designation a plus.
• Experience leading restoration/construction teams.
• Strong leadership, process-driven, detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily franchise operations and multiple divisions.
• Develop annual business plans and goals.
• Create the annual budget with revenue, expenses, and margin.
• Lead managers to manage restoration/construction projects.
• Ensure clear customer-client communication for satisfaction.
• Ensure safety training and adherence to guidelines.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop staff.
