SERVPRO Team Greenway is seeking a Restoration Manager to lead restoration projects and Production/Restoration crews. The role centers on customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and staff development, guiding the team to operational excellence.

The position requires strong leadership and field management skills, with a focus on safety and effective communication with stakeholders. Local travel may be involved as needed.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; associates/bachelor strongly preferred.
• Industry certifications strongly preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in operations.
• Minimum 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
• Experience in cleaning/restoration/construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer experience and satisfaction.
• Manage client experience and satisfaction.
• Provide priority response to potential customers.
• Schedule crews and resources for active projects.
• Coordinate restoration services with crews and subcontractors.
• Review job files to support services provided.
• Maintain communication with stakeholders.
• Manage restoration expenses.
• Oversee equipment and materials (assets).
• Enforce safety and risk management guidelines.
• Supervise Production/Restoration personnel.
• Develop leadership and restoration expertise.
