Servicemaster Rrh is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead all restoration operations, including water, fire, mold, pack out, and reconstruction. You will drive performance from field execution to financial results, reporting to ownership, and coordinate with franchise networks.

You will supervise project managers, crews, and administrative staff while optimizing workflows, cost controls, and KPI-driven improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years restoration industry leadership experience.
• Hands-on TPA experience with Alacrity Services and Contractor Connection.
• Experience negotiating with adjusters on insurance claims.
• Proven ability to manage project budgets and read P&L statements.
• Experience coordinating reconstruction subcontractors and managing vendor relationships.
• Track record leading field crews, project managers, and administrative staff.
• Proficiency with Xactimate and Jonas for job management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restoration projects including water, fire, mold, pack out, and reconstruction.
• Optimize workflows, scheduling, and service processes; monitor KPIs.
• Manage reconstruction subcontractors, vendors, fleet, and equipment readiness.
• Ensure documentation, reporting, and recordkeeping across service lines.
• Lead storm-event mobilization and establish a response plan.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with compliance to standards.
• Maintain a safe, compliant work environment on every site.
• Review documentation and financials; implement corrective actions.
