Power Dry in Columbus, OH seeks an Operations Field Manager to supervise a team of technicians handling water and mold damage responses. The role requires strong operations leadership, safety emphasis, and excellent customer relations.

You will oversee projects end-to-end, guide field crews, ensure on-time completion, and manage staffing and resources while collaborating across departments to optimize workflows. A bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years of management in related industries are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2–5 years of management in construction/restoration.
• Mitigation/restoration experience preferred.
• Hands-on construction experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of budgeting and resource management.
• Proven leadership to motivate teams.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and jobsite safety practices.
• Ability to read construction plans.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop the mitigation team to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee mitigation projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and on-time completion.
• Conduct on-site inspections and provide hands-on leadership.
• Direct crews in the field and ensure proper construction and mitigation methods.
• Develop and improve workflows to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor project progress and resolve issues to exceed customer expectations.
• Address customer complaints and coordinate with customers for resolutions.
• Hire, onboard, train, and mentor new team members.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate staffing, equipment, and resources.
• Oversee inventory management and ensure equipment is maintained.
• Review construction plans, scopes, and project documentation.
• Ensure OSHA and safety standards compliance.
• Provide operational support during emergencies, including after-hours responses.
• Monitor job costing and resource allocation.
