Mosaic Health, LLC. is seeking a Senior Provider Compensation Analyst in Florida to own end-to-end calculation and administration of complex provider compensation arrangements, including productivity, quality incentives, call pay, and stipends.

You will analyze performance data and contracts to ensure fairness, compliance, and alignment with organizational goals. You will partner with Legal, Contracting, and Finance to evaluate new and amended provider compensation arrangements for Stark Law

Responsabilités

• Own the end-to-end calculation and administration of complex provider compensation arrangements including productivity, quality incentives, call pay, and stipends.
• Analyze provider performance data and contract terms to identify payment discrepancies and compliance risks.
• Partner with Legal, Contracting, and Finance to evaluate Stark Law compliance and financial feasibility.
• Lead compensation reporting workstreams, producing dashboards for physician operations and Finance leadership.
• Mentor junior provider compensation staff and serve as a resource for complex calculation and compliance questions.
