Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Headof Projects to lead and develop a team of Project Managers and deliver PM services on major projects. You will drive service excellence, client engagement, and market outreach while growing the PM offering.

The role requires leadership across diverse sectors and sits within Eastern or Central time zones. The successful candidate will guide strategy, quality, and performance, mentoring staff and promoting a one-business culture across our projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering.
• 12+ years of construction PM experience.
• 2+ years managing large multi-discipline teams in a consulting environment.
• Proven track record of PM service delivery and business growth.
• Sector experience in commercial real estate, data centers, life sciences, etc.

Responsibilities

• Lead a PM team delivering on client engagements and project management services.
• Oversee client communications and the project management team.
• Research market conditions and publish valuable insights.
• Develop strategic and operational management of PM services across sectors.
• Set strategy and drive growth in line with the business plan.
• Mentor staff and support talent acquisition for future staffing needs.
• Ensure quality controls and participate in ISO audits.
