Job summary

Qualifications

• 12+ years of construction project management experience.
• 2+ years leading large multi-discipline teams in a consulting environment.
• Proven track record delivering PM services for clients.
• Strong business development and growth experience.
• Experience in sectors: commercial real estate, data centers, life sciences, etc.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Project Managers delivering PM services on major projects.
• Oversee client communications and project management team services.
• Research construction market conditions and publish insights.
• Produce thought leadership reports with market insights.
• Manage strategy, resources, finances, and development within PM services.
• Set team strategy aligned with the business plan and growth goals.
