Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Project Managers to deliver project management services on major projects.
• Oversee client communications and project management team services.
• Perform market research and analyze construction market conditions.
• Produce thought leadership reports and insights for the construction market.
• Manage strategy, resource planning, financial management and business development for Project Management Services.
• Set team strategy aligned with the Business Plan and drive growth.
• Mentor staff and promote an inclusive culture of learning and development.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure ISO compliance.
