Turner & Townsend seeks an experienced Headof Projects to lead and develop a PM team delivering services on major programs. The role focuses on service excellence, growth, client engagement, and market outreach while aligning with our strategic plan.

The candidate will be a driven leader with strong interpersonal skills, sit within Eastern or Central time zones, and drive a one-business culture with an emphasis on learning and inclusivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a construction-related field.
• Graduate degree preferred in construction management, architecture, or engineering.
• 12+ years of relevant construction project management experience.
• 2+ years of leading large multi-discipline teams in a consulting environment.
• Proven track record delivering project management services to clients.
• Strong business development ambition and execution.
• Experience with major sectors: commercial real estate, data centers, life sciences, industrial.

Responsibilities

• Lead a project management team to deliver services on major projects and programs.
• Oversee client communications and management of PM services.
• Research market conditions and produce thought leadership reports.
• Manage strategic and operational PM services, including resourcing and financials.
• Develop and execute plans aligning with the business plan and growth targets.
• Mentor staff and promote career progression.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to plan for future staffing needs.
• Act as a brand ambassador and drive cross-selling opportunities.
