Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Headof Projects to lead and develop a team of Project Managers and deliver PM services on major projects. The role focuses on service excellence, growth of PM offerings, client engagement, and market outreach.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or field related to construction.
Graduate degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering is preferred.
12+ years of relevant construction project management experience.
2+ years managing large high performing multi discipline teams in a consulting environment.

Responsibilities

Lead a project management team and ensure delivery on all accountabilities.
Oversee client communications and project management services.
Conduct market research and analyze construction market conditions.
Produce thought leadership reports with insights into the market.
Manage strategic and operational aspects of Project Management Services across sectors.
