Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction/architecture/engineering.
• 12+ years of construction PM experience.
• 2+ years leading large multi-discipline teams in a consulting environment.
• Proven track record delivering PM services for clients.
• Strong business development ambition and growth experience.
• Major construction sector experience with CRE, data centers, life sciences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Project Managers and deliver PM services on major projects.
• Oversee client communications and management of PM services.
• Conduct market research and publish insights on construction market conditions.
• Manage resource planning, financials, business generation, and staff development.
• Set and drive strategic goals aligned with the business plan.
• Input learnings into internal databases and share knowledge.
• Identify internal process improvements and ensure quality standards.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and respond to findings.
• Build client pipelines and pursue cross-selling opportunities.
• Mentor staff and partner with Talent Acquisition to plan for staffing.
