Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Headof Projects to lead and grow a PM team delivering services on major projects and programs. You will ensure service excellence, client engagement, and market outreach while driving growth across sectors.

The role requires a proven track record in leading multi-disciplinary teams, strong leadership, and the ability to align with the company’s strategic business plan. Travel and time-zone considerations apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field.
• Graduate degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering is preferred.
• 12+ years of relevant construction project management experience.
• 2+ years leading large multi-discipline teams in a consulting environment.
• Proven track record of delivering project management service delivery for clients.
• Exceptional business development ambition and demonstrated growth experience.
• Major construction sector experience with high caliber clients (CRE, data centers, life sciences, etc).
• Excellent presentation, verbal, written, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a project management team and ensure delivery on all accountabilities.
• Oversee client communications and PM services delivery.
• Conduct market research on construction conditions and publish insights.
• Develop strategic and operational management of PM services across sectors.
• Set team strategy aligned with the business plan and drive growth.
• Mentor staff and promote learning, respect and inclusivity.
• Coordinate audits, quality control and ISO compliance.
