The successful candidate will be a driven leader with strong interpersonal skills, capable of shaping strategy, mentoring staff, and ensuring quality controls while coordinating audits and pipeline development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering.
• Graduate degree preferred.
• 12+ years of construction project management experience.
• 2+ years leading large multi-discipline teams in a consulting environment.
• Proven track record delivering project management services to clients.
• Experience with major sectors like commercial real estate, data centers, life sciences, industrial manufacturing, natural resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead a PM team and oversee client communications.
• Research market conditions and publish insights.
• Manage strategic and operational PM services, including resource planning and financials.
• Set team strategy aligned to Business Plan and develop people.
• Ensure quality control and ISO audit readiness.
• Develop proposals and attend networking events.
