Rosendin is hiring forHead of Production at Modular Power Solutions (MPS) in Texas. The role leads floor production initiatives, aligning programs with schedules, and driving efficiency.

You will manage Production Managers, cultivate a strong safety culture, mentor teams, and ensure clear communication with stakeholders. The position requires extensive electrical/industrial construction experience and a track record of leading technical programs on the production floor.

Competenze

• Associates or Bachelors Degree in technical field preferred.
• Licensed electrician preferred.
• 20 years field/construction/manufacturing experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead and execute organizational initiatives to oversee programs across production.
• Create and drive the production floor strategic plan aligned with program schedules.
• Ensure effective downstream and upstream communications with internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive for the best results from Production Managers and their programs.
• Mentor Production Manager I-III and foster positive floor culture.
• Identify gaps in processes and delegate plans to close them swiftly.
• Coordinate and align manpower with scheduling demand with the BVA lead.
• Monitor QA/QC adherence and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with program GF to maintain production schedules.
