Job summary

Rosendin’s Modular Power Solutions (MPS) unit seeks a Head of Production to steer floor operations across programs, translating strategic plans into actionable manufacturing outcomes. You will lead Production Managers I–III, drive production schedules, ensure QA/QC, and uphold a strong safety culture while collaborating with product development and program management.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction and electrical industry required.
• Oversee all types of technical programs and act as SME for the facility.
• Proficient in MS Office; Oracle experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities under pressure.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience interacting with all levels of staff, vendors, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Leads and executes organizational initiatives to oversee production programs across all team initiatives.
• Create and drive the production floor strategic plan aligned with program schedules.
• Ensure effective communications downstream and upstream with stakeholders.
• Drive for the best results from Production Managers and their programs.
• Own production floor personnel and set the culture and expectations.
• Identify gaps and develop plans to remove them efficiently.
• Strategize and execute major improvements to production processes.
• Coordinate with Director of Product Development for efficient design-to-build alignment.
• Guide Production Managers I-III and ensure leadership development.
• Coordinate manpower with BVA lead to match scheduling demand.
• Oversee QA/QC adherence and safety practices with the Safety Team.
• Collaborate on production schedules with program GF and management teams.
• Maintain alignment with customer needs and timelines.
• Mentor staff and promote continuous improvement and leadership on the floor.
