Job summary

Hostaway is seeking its first Product Analytics leader to define standards, own how we measure impact, and enable fast, confident product decisions. You’ll write SQL, build analyses, and mentor others while partnering with product, engineering, and AI teams to ensure metrics reflect reality and support growth.

This fully remote role requires being based within LOCATION to collaborate with your team, peers, and internal customers, shaping the data-driven future of our AI-first platform.

Qualifications

• Hands-on product analytics leadership with strong SQL skills.
• Experience embedding measurement in product planning and roadmaps.
• Ability to mentor analysts and scale analytics across teams.
• Experience with AI-native product measurement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set product measurement standards and define active/adopting customers.
• Incorporate measurement in early planning and PRD to show sizing and impact.
• Design measurement for AI-native product where activity metrics alone aren’t enough.
• Translate numbers into investment decisions and drive metrics fluency across product teams.
• Build the function: tracking plans, instrumentation specs, data quality, working with a senior analyst.
• Stay hands-on by writing queries and building analyses daily.
