Job summary

Group is seeking an analytics leader to guide a 2–3 person team and scale AI-first data practices. You will collaborate with VPs to identify opportunities, run experiments, and translate insights into business actions. Build scalable data models and dashboards for 13 markets, using Looker/Tableau and BigQuery.

Remote-first with Spain-based colleagues, fluency in English required. You’ll translate complex data into clear narratives for senior leadership, ensuring quantitative rigor and timely

Qualifications

• Degree in a quantitative field and +5 years of analytics experience.
• Strong SQL skills and data modelling expertise.
• Experience designing scalable automations and AI-first workflows.
• Hands-on dashboarding with Looker and/or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics team of 2–3 analysts, set priorities and drive impact.
• Promote AI-first tooling and scalable architectures across the team.
• Partner with senior leaders to uncover opportunities and run experiments (A/B tests).
• Build and maintain scalable data models and dashboards for multiple markets.
