Hipcamp is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to join our Analytics team. You’ll embed with the Host Camp to uncover growth opportunities, design experiments, and translate data into actions that influence product and operations strategy.

You’ll collaborate across squads, leverage AI to accelerate insights, and build scalable analytics workflows with data engineers. If you love turning hypotheses into decisions and enjoy moving a fast-paced, mission-driven company, this role is for you.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product, growth, or marketing analytics.
• Proficient in SQL and data visualization.
• Strong grasp of statistics and experimental design.
• Ability to interpret model outputs and incorporate ML insights.
• Excellent storytelling and communication to influence decision making.
• Comfort operating in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product and Operations to shape strategy and uncover growth opportunities.
• Co-design experiments and set up faster, iterative tests to validate conclusions.
• Maintain visibility of Camp's key performance metrics.
• Leverage AI to accelerate exploration, automate repetitive work, and prototype ideas.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to build reusable analytics workflows and self‑serve tools.
